Assalamualaikum w.b.t..Salam 1 Malaysia buat semua yg baca entry aku nie..diharapkan semua sihat walfiat dan dapat terus sedut oxygen free kurniaan ALLAH s.w.t ni sebanyak-banyaknya…heeeee~ <agak poyo la intro nih..hehe> ok,untuk entry kali nie,aku nak citer sal hari2 LI aku kt JABATAN REKOD PERUBATAN, HOSPITAL SULTANAH NUR ZAHIRAH atau short form nyer JRP,HSNZ..jom follow citer aku…heee~
May 9, 2011 is one of my big days in my simple life as a uni maths student…emm seingat aku yg agak2 kuat ingatan nie,aku keluar rumah nak pergi HSNZ mmg awal gila la hari nie....time tu hujan renyai2 je kot...semangat nk lapor diri kat JRP mengalahkan semangat time nak g amek exam kat DSM..haha…..aku ber”LI” dengan course mate tercinta cik asilah ismail.. dengan cik cielah la aku menghabiskan hari2 LI yg tiap-tiap hari challenging.. kami makan same2,buat kerja same2,gurau same2,bertekak pun same2,buang tabiat skippin English pun same2..Thank God for giving me such an opportunity to get to know her very well and had a chance to be her practical mate.. Without you buddy I don’t think I can have a great LI days...thanks a lot dear….ngaaa..kan dah terrskippin English tue bila citer sal cik cielah..heee~ ok, back to my main story..lepas tu kami sama2 lapor diri kat penyelia,Hajah Zukiah Fazilah Bt. Haji Ibrahim..Hajah Zukiah aka Che Yah memang penyelia LI yg paaaaaaling best kat Asia Tenggara..i am not kidding you, I’m serious about this..haha..nak taw sebabnye..sebab aku cakap dia best la..hehe..

Medical folder is all about to open a new file for a new patient.Lepas belajar medical folder,aku terus check rekod aku dalam system.dan sah memang ada..tp status aku outpatient je la..hehe..kenangan pasal medical folder aku ialah aku pernah terrrrlelap depan pc time tengah buka file new patient…ahhahaa.. pastu belajar register medical report..to be honest,I am EXTREMELY EXPERT in medical report..haha..bukan ape,boleh dikatakan konpem tiap2 minggu aku akan register medical report sampai satu tahap tertinggi dah..nak taw tahap pe?tahap yang skali tengok report polis pun dah taw report tu sal kes ape..lau daripada lawyer plak,kalau x paham lawyer nak ape, bace history patient je...analisis sikit2 paham la tu..<eceh,berlagak gila..hahah>..enough about medical report..
Let’s move to medical board…emm memory pasal medical board seingat aku,makan free la aku dengan cik asilah ismail..hehe..pantang che yah ajak,kami on je sebab Allah marah tolak rezeki yg Dia bagi..btol x??..next I will babbling about diagnosis&coding.blaja coding nih ada la kitab kuning yang kite kne rujuk..n kitab tue memang spesel n tebal giler..huhu..sebab nak menuntut ilmu diagnosis&coding kami bertapa kat MR2 lebih kurang 2 minggu jugak la…dan suasana di MR2 memang tenang indah permai dan harmoni sebab staff kat sana boleh dibilang dengan jari tangan je..kua3..

Memory LI yang x dapat aku lupakan..antaranya ialah pernah skali buat silap scaling file pasif..kami buat scaling yang besar range dia..tp staff kat JRP lansung x marah..yang paling best bila diorang cakap ‘learn from mistake’.. sumpah terharu gile bila buat salah tapi x kena marah..tapi maybe sebab status kteorang kot..name pun budak praktikal..buat salah tu cam normal la kan..kalau x buat salah langsung bukan budak praktikal namanya kan..<ayat nak cover diri bila buat salah..haha>..
Lagi pasal aku shut down pc yang ada mesin bar code kecik tue..sebab aku orang last yang gune pc tue,so dengan penuh rase tanggungjawab dan berdedikasi aku pun shut down la pc tue sebelum balik..tinggal x cabut plug je..esoknye kecoh la sebab pc tu ada orang off kan..dan memang aku la insan terpilih tue..nasib baik pc tu dapat on balik dengan bantuan password dia la..rupe2nye,pc tue memang x off pun..nanti nak on balik susah seyh~..dan aku sumpah tatau sal tue..haha..
Pasal mencapub kat 1 hospital pun aku masih ingat lagi..tapi nie kenangan peribadi aku dengan cielah je..It’s too private and confidential to be babbling at this blog..the most embarrassing moment in my life as a practical student..but when I do think about it now, that are such a great experience and I have to be proud about it. because at least I have done it before.how about u guys?have you done it before??haha..i’m gonna stop babbling about my precious embarrassing moment bcoz this gonna make you guys curious to death right??.haha.i’m so sorry but I really can’t tell you guys what was happened.

And next memory pasal dapat ayat “u always make a mistake”.you know when you have done something wrong you will simply said “I’m sorry.my mistake..”.and then people usually will take it easy n reply it’s okay or no problem..but in my case my ‘almualimu kabirun’ said “u always make a mistake”.ngaaa..sebijik kena atas muka dowh..speechless sesaat.hampeh btol!
Lagi pasal kena pergi practical time besday aku..tahun lepas2,asal besday aku je mesti cuti.asal cuti je mesti besday aku..tapi tahun nie spesel sikit..really enjoy working on my birthday..heeee~

Finally, this most waited day has come. On our last day, JRP held a farewell party to us and for one of its staff. Really appreciate this party..wanna take this opportunity to say THANKS A LOT to JRP’S STAFF (ACC&MR2) for take care of us and so we can have a super duper great experience of Industrial Training. There’s no word in this world that can express my feelin to thanks and appreciate you guys. Thanks for your golden time that you’ve been spent to us and thanks for rockin’ our LI days..we owe you guys a lot.
Thursday, June 30 2011 at 3.42 pm I have completed my task as a practical student at JABATAN REKOD PERUBATAN, HOSPITAL SULTANAH NUR ZAHIRAH. This kind of feeling cannot be expressed by words. Only God knows how much happy I’m. Feel like birds flying freely without need to pay any toll at the sky…I love this feeling so damn much..heeeeeee~
